The barbell must then return to the rack position. Athletes are allowed to dip when receiving the barbell in the rack position to initiate the next rep.
DEADLIFT: The barbell starts on the ground. The barbell is lifted to a fully upright position, locked out. Bouncing is not allowed, but touch-and-go is allowed as long as the athlete is not bouncing the barbell.
BOX JUMP: Each rep must begin with both feet on the floor. The rep finishes with the hips and knees fully open while in control on top of the box. The athlete may jump or step up or down as long as both feet start on the ground and both feet end on the box in control.
PULL UPS: Chin must clear the bar. Kipping is allowed, and mixed grip is allowed, as well as hands facing out or in.
